These Terms are a contract between you and us for the AI Insider News membership. Please read them: by completing checkout you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't subscribe.

The Service is offered to customers located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you subscribe on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" then means that organization. We apply the same protections in these Terms to every member, whether you buy as an individual or as a business. At checkout you must provide a United States address; the offer cannot be purchased with an address outside the US. We rely on the address you give — we do not verify residence.
A one-year membership giving you access to a private WhatsApp group where we post a curated selection of news about artificial intelligence, chosen by hand, every day (with occasional breaks, which we announce in the group). The content is informational only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and we make no promise that it is complete, accurate, timely or error-free. You are responsible for any decision you make based on it.
Everything we post is owned by us or our sources and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or redistribute it, or share it commercially, without our written permission. Quoting a headline to a colleague is fine; forwarding the feed is not.
You can cancel online at any time, in a few clicks, from your customer portal: Manage subscription. You can also cancel by emailing hello@insidernewsai.com. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up: no calls, no forms, no questions. We will never require you to accept an offer before completing your cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the year you already paid for.
If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund you in full, no explanation needed. Renewal charges are refundable in full within 14 days of the renewal on the same terms. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. This 14-day full refund applies to every charge (first payment and each renewal). The pro-rata refund described in sections 3 and 7 applies only to removal without cause, closure of the Service or a price increase charged before you were notified; where both could apply, you get whichever is more favourable to you.
After checkout you are sent back to a confirmation page on this site, and the invite link to the WhatsApp group is sent to you by email. Membership requests are approved by hand, within one day of your request (usually much sooner). One membership corresponds to one phone number in the group; the number you give at checkout is the one we approve.
The group is read-only for members: only we post. You agree not to share the invite link, not to add others, and not to redistribute the content. We may remove a member who breaks these rules, harasses anyone, or uses the group for spam or unlawful purposes; in that case no refund is due. If we ever end your membership for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the year.
The Service is delivered through WhatsApp, a product of Meta Platforms, Inc., under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. As in any WhatsApp group, other members can see your phone number and profile name (see our Privacy Policy). If WhatsApp becomes unavailable or unsuitable, we will move the group to a comparable service with notice, or refund the unused part of your membership.
The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or that the content will meet your needs. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the Service or its content, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the current membership year. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement, including laws on automatic renewals, cancellation and refunds, which apply to the extent they give you more protection.
If you have a problem, write to us first: we resolve almost everything by email within a few days. If we can't settle a dispute informally within 30 days, you may bring a claim in small claims court where you live, if it qualifies, or in any court with jurisdiction. Both of us agree that claims are brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; you may cancel before that date if you don't accept it. Continued membership after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. The current version is always at insidernewsai.com/terms.
